According to legend, all seven martial arts stance was designed by Ibu Semantan, based on the movement of white tigers and white monkeys who noticed while washing clothes in a river.

KUNDUR - martial art is not just defend and defend themselves from enemy threats solely but it also able to provide mental and physical strength and personal form of discipline.
